Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be fulfilled, from production to shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier:

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days once shipped.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with your local post office or carrier first — they may have additional information.

If your order is delayed, it often arrives within a few extra days.

If it’s been more than 7 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international) past the expected delivery date, please contact us at care@littleouchies.com, and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible at care@littleouchies.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to redirect or change the delivery address.
